The goal total is hidden, so users just keep tipping until enough tokens have accumulated. Broadcasters can choose how many goals and how much they cost, and whether or not to display total tips received. The last goal hit, how much it was for, and who hit it would always be displayed. Commands to send the possible list of goals to the room and add or remove a goal should be included.
